Patch release: fixes Claude Code skills being skipped when the Codex copy is a symlink to them (ADR 0051).

Fixed

  • A Claude Code skill is no longer skipped as a "duplicate" of a Codex copy that is a symlink (ADR 0051). The Codex adapter does not index symlinked skills, and on some installs ~/.codex/skills/<name> points at the Claude Code copy, so the skill ended up indexed nowhere.
