Minor release: Codex sessions stop indexing the context Codex injects into every rollout (ADR 0053). Existing sessions shrink on the next daemon start.

Fixed

  • Codex sessions no longer index the context Codex injects into every rollout (ADR 0053). The AGENTS.md instructions, the <recommended_plugins> catalogue and <environment_context> arrive as separate blocks in the first user message; only a message starting with <environment_context> was dropped, so the rest was stored as if the user had typed it and often became the session title. User turns are now filtered per block, and an invoked <skill> becomes a one-line [skill: name] marker. On Codex-fed vaults this was 66–91% of all indexed text. Existing sessions are rewritten and re-embedded by the next daemon start (startup reconcile); distillations are not regenerated.
