Added

• Add permission-gated, on-demand Computer Use with bounded semantic inspection,
  macOS interaction highlighting, strict action and duration limits, and a local
  smoke harness.
• Add revisioned TODO target locks for transfer, flash, and verify operations,
  rejecting stale target/artifact/port data and grounding final reports in
  recorded command output.

Fixed

• Preserve the active session model, provider, and variant when delivering
  peer-session messages and their automatic responses.
• Return peer-session responses after overflow compaction by preserving and
  following the internal compaction lineage without mistaking summaries or
  unrelated turns for the final response.
• Deliver completed peer-session responses immediately instead of leaving them
  in the manual queued state behind an active generation.
• Run automatic memory extraction after a completed turn without blocking the
  next queued prompt or overwriting its visible activity state.
• Keep large file and shell output reads bounded, cancellable, and protected by
  explicit time limits.

Tests

• Add regressions for Computer Use activation and permissions, target-lock
  revision enforcement, bounded reads and shell output, peer response delivery
  across compaction, and queued turns during memory extraction.

Experimental prerelease from c917918. Concurrency remains opt-in.
