Test build for the 3060 / WSL2. Not a fleet release — this is a --prerelease, so it does NOT become "latest" and the auto-update feed (latest-linux.json) is intentionally not published. Existing rigs are unaffected.

What's in 0.9.0: TLS-stratum auto-fallback for blocked networks, the in-app WSL/Linux command cheat sheet (Windows/Linux only), and the Linux/WSL auto-update plumbing.

Run it in Ubuntu/WSL:

Built on ubuntu-22.04 (glibc 2.34, well under the 2.35 ceiling). Bundles shib's pinned v0.32.11 CUDA solver.
