Page of Shame reporting

• Adds a dedicated PoS tab that opens the camera for a picture-first report.
• Requires the phone's current GPS coordinates with every PoS picture.
• After the picture is accepted, choose No to submit the picture and GPS immediately or Yes to add an optional description first.
• Keeps submitted material private until it is reviewed for publication.

Web service

• Adds the same PoS workflow to the Report page on ColumbiaWalks.com.
• Moves the public Page of Shame gallery to its own page.
• Accepts and prepares larger phone-camera pictures for the upload limit.

Important Android installation help

Uninstall the old ColumbiaWalks Android app before installing 3.12.0. First make sure any locally saved reports have finished submitting; uninstalling removes reports that exist only on the phone.

What's new

• Quick Report is now a four-step mobile flow: category, required photo, optional comments, GPS, and submit.
• Quick categories are Sidewalk Issue, Driver Issue, Crosswalk Issue, and Other Safety Issue.
• The homepage now includes a moderated Page of Shame gallery using approved user-submitted photos and brief public descriptions.
• The Page of Shame wallpaper prioritizes PoS photos, then Quick Report photos, then Full Report photos.
• The backend detects approved-photo changes every five minutes and rotates the wallpaper selection daily.
• Raw intake photos remain private; only moderator-approved public copies are exposed.

2. Open the downloaded APK.
3. If prompted, allow installation from the browser or file manager used to download it.
4. Complete the installation and open ColumbiaWalks.
