Project 'test_nonascii' remains on home page after logout and app restart, showing errors

Steps to reproduce:

1. At first not logged in.
2. Download the project test_nonascii from Explore page.
3. Log in to the app.
4. Remove all projects from the app.
5. Restart the application.

Expected behavior:
After removing all projects and restarting the app, no projects should be visible on the home page.

Actual behavior:
The project test_nonascii still appears on the home page and displays error messages.

Environment:

• Windows 10 Home
