Changes

  • Switch to dedicated iroh relay — usw1-2.relay.michaelneale.mesh-llm.iroh.link replaces old Fly HTTP relay
  • Heartbeat debug logging (per-peer gossip timing)
  • Mac native app and mobile chat app added to TODO/ROADMAP

Stability

Mini, Local, and Fly nodes are 100% stable on the new relay. Studio has a machine-specific connection flapping issue (100 drops/5min vs 0-1 for others) — under investigation.

Known Issues

  • Studio-specific connection instability — not relay or code related, investigating macOS/network config
  • --reasoning-format deepseek applied globally — MiniMax output goes to reasoning_content
