Bug: lots of incorrect timestamps

• After CA's timechange, the current timestamp did not move with it as reflected on the Chat page

• Traceroutes, Telemetry, and Logs show very inaccurate timestamps - some as far as two days in the future.

On second inspection, all the pages look correct now except for Traceroutes
