Add Alberta communities and update StoonMesh

Summary

• add Alberta MeshCore Networks plus the submitted Airdrie, Calgary, Edmonton, and yegmesh.ca directory entries
• refresh the existing YQLMesh listing with the newly submitted website, regional, Discord, map, and social links
• update StoonMesh from 1-byte to the requested national-standard 3-byte path hash mode
• use the established USA/Canada national radio baseline where the new-community forms left radio fields blank

Why

These directory changes implement the actionable community submissions in issues #67–#74. They make the Alberta listings easier to discover while keeping the existing scan-friendly province table format.

Issue #71 is a closed, unrelated pull request ("Auto-run region config lookup from q query"), not a community submission, so it has no directory change in this PR.

Closing this PR without merging because its work is now incorporated into draft PR #66 at exact head 953e4cd82be426ec7cf2b2e9a040dd4c501b19f8.

The overhaul includes the Alberta/Airdrie/Calgary/Edmonton/yegmesh.ca additions, refreshed YQLMesh links, StoonMesh 3-byte path mode, and all 26 submitted URLs in the new structured 21-listing directory. The combined candidate is deployed for review at https://canadaverse.org/meshcore-canada/ and its exact-head validation is green.

PR #66 remains draft; this closure only consolidates the work so #75 is not merged separately.
