Reduce Notification Spam: Notify on Presence Change

This update includes the following improvements:

First Release

This is the initial release of the Online-Checker-Roblox project. It allows you to check if a user is online on Roblox and get notified when they are. The program can check multiple users at once and provides a terminal interface for easy interaction. Sound notifications are included for when a user goes online.
