What's Changed

  • Fix streaming response.completed usage propagation by forwarding stream_options.include_usage upstream and including final chunk usage in Responses API SSE output.
  • Fix Codex MCP namespace tool routing by flattening namespace tools for Chat Completions and splitting mcp__server__tool calls back into Responses API namespace + name.
  • Add local regression coverage for the streaming usage and MCP namespace bugs.
  • Add @qcnhy to contributors for detailed bug reports and independent verification.
