What's Changed

  • Support streaming Chat Completions delta.reasoning_content as Responses reasoning summary events so Codex can receive reasoning from compatible providers.
  • Preserve the existing reasoning round-trip behavior while adding streamed reasoning output items and response.reasoning_summary_text.delta events.
