[MyMeta] Add "contact" to profiles

Right now we have these great profiles that display more & more about players & patrons but there is still no way to get in touch with them.
Fun fact: the original design actually had a "connect" button for contacting the palyer.
I think its time we add it back.

2 it could be done:

• The usual email contact form where the email address is hidden, though not sure how that would work if everything is hosted on ceramic. The email address probably shouldn't be publicly available.
• Allowing people to embed a link for contacting them.
  • Somewhere on player setup, they would add the link to their calendly, meetwithwallet or whatever
  • There would be a "connect" button on their profile, clicking the button would open the prompt, inside an iframe if possible, to set up a meeting with them.

I am in the middle of implementing the integration with Meet with wallet. Idea is that people can turn the integration "on" on their profiles, and automatically get a "Meet me" button on the Profile page.

We could expand this later with a field that accept some regex of urls, but, I would be glad if we could start with the meet with wallet one :)
