Deployment: Without Docker - rewrite to the installation-package model Replace the manual extract-a-base-image + METAFLUENT + run-application content with the install-zip flow (#695): download the deploy-mf-* release zip, edit deployment-config/ (deployment.properties + settings/), set JAVA_HOME, run ./run.
