Add Diagnostic Cookbook (Tracing); split Cookbook into Configuration Cookbook New Diagnostic Cookbook page seeded with the Tracing recipes (add / list / delete a trace against the session-server API). Rename the existing Cookbook sidebar section to Configuration Cookbook and add a parallel Diagnostic Cookbook section.
