changes

1. Fixed an issue that random background based spray was not working.

2. jpeg spray now loaded/saved as {SteamID}_{wadMD5}.jpg instead of {SteamID}.jpg. {wadMD5} is the MD5 hash of {game_directory}/tempdecal.wad. This is for invalidating the spray caches when player reuploads a new spray to Steam profile. (When player changes to a new spray, the MD5 hash of their tempdecal.wad will be updated too)

2. jpeg格式的喷漆现在以 {SteamID}_{wadMD5}.jpg 而非 {SteamID}.jpg 的命名形式存在。其中， {wadMD5} 代表 {game_directory}/tempdecal.wad 的MD5哈希值。该功能用于解决由于玩家硬盘中已经缓存了旧的jpeg喷漆，导致后续上传至Steam的新的jpeg喷漆图片无法覆盖旧的jpeg喷漆缓存的问题。（因为当玩家更换新的jpeg喷漆时，其tempdecal.wad的MD5hash值必然也会被更新）
