Overview
Release 1110.0.0 cuts a new monorepo release and publishes @metamask/money-account-balance-service@2.2.0.

The diff only updates version numbers and moves the package changelog from Unreleased into a [2.2.0] section (with compare links). That release documents work already merged: an optional trace constructor on MoneyAccountBalanceService for best-effort Sentry-style tracing of RPC and Veda APY requests, and a @metamask/messenger bump to ^2.0.0.
