Overview
Release 1185.0.0 cuts @metamask/assets-controller 13.1.1 → 13.1.2 (patch) and propagates that dependency through the monorepo.

bridge-controller and transaction-pay-controller now depend on ^13.1.2, with matching changelog entries. Root package.json is 1184.0.0 → 1185.0.0, and yarn.lock is updated for the new assets-controller resolution.

There is no application source change in this diff—only versions, changelogs, and the lockfile. The 13.1.2 assets-controller release (documented in its changelog, not added here) bundles dependency bumps plus fixes for websocket spam filtering, ERC-20 ID checksumming in account-activity updates, and pooled-staking balance preservation on Accounts API merges.
