[Bug]: Solana account is added by default even though Not now button is clicked

Describe the bug

When attempting to add a Solana account, clicking the "Not Now" button does not prevent the account from being added. Despite the user's intention to cancel or defer the action, the Solana account is automatically added to the wallet. This behavior contradicts the expected functionality of the "Not Now" button and may lead to confusion or unintended account additions.

Steps to reproduce

1. New a brand new wallet.
2. Navigate to the dialog where Solana appears.
3. Click the "Not Now" button to cancel.
4. Observe that the Solana account is added to the wallet despite clicking "Not Now."

@hjetpoluru expected behaviour.

• If you don't have a Solana account, one is created for you automatically, hence the View Solana account CTA
• At that point, the Not now does nothing but dismiss the modal.
