Traits and IC chat

• When the Public as Character is chosen for Chat Messages, if no token is selected AND the user has no default character, then the message will be posted as a Public as User chat message.
  • This will avoid having to keep switching between IC and OOC for GMs.
• Trait Automation:
  • Ignores Armor will cause any armour on the target to be ignored.
  • Quick will make the attack Favored if the target is Stymied or Very stymied (if multi-targeting, ALL targets must be (Very) Stymied.)
  • Wounding will add Vulnerable (stacking) to a target if any damage was inflicted (unless the target is KO'd or killed).
