NBitcoin.Tests\ChainTests.cs is missing

Please push the ChainTests.cs or remove it from the solution. You can avoid thing like this happens again using a CI service like appveyor.com. I use it, it is great. Just a suggestion.

Actually, I have TeamCity at home configured for some internal project of mine, and I am a big fan of it, I will configure it tomorrow for NBitcoin.
