v2.17 RC2

This release includes multiple performance improvement and bug fixes and the very first installer for Windows.

First launch on macOS (unsigned build)

This preview build is not yet signed with an Apple Developer certificate,
so macOS will block the first launch. This only has to be done once.

On macOS 14 (Sonoma):

1. In Applications, right-click (or Control-click) Autolume.app and
   choose "Open".
2. In the warning dialog, click "Open".

On macOS 15 (Sequoia) and newer:

1. Double-click Autolume.app. A dialog says it was blocked — click
   "Done" (NOT "Move to Trash").
2. Open System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down to the
   Security section, and click "Open Anyway" next to the Autolume message.
3. Confirm with "Open Anyway" and authenticate if asked.
