New Features:

• Added "/bw tools showspecialitems" (Thanks @WhoHarsh-14 )
• Special Item Cooldowns can now be configured per-item (Thanks @WhoHarsh-14 )
• Added Personal Loot Drop Configs (Thanks @WhoHarsh-14 )

Changes:

• Invis removal on Damage no longer applies to tnt/fireballs created by team members
• Reduced Square Root usages for performance
• Special Item Cool down now displayed on 1.12+ (Thanks @LostUmbrella58 )
• Tracker Message Now supports hex properly

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed potions in buckets are not removed on use if in offhand
• Fixed various issues with config loading/saving
• Fixed TNT Countdown timer displaying outside arenas
