• Removed deadlock from closing the node while --httpapi is enabled.
• Removed daemon deadlock from closing.
• Fixed block rewards
• Fixed Mega Block hash
• Fixed Met Block hash
• Added blockheight in transaction for confirmation.

To get block height on old transaction you will need to resync the node.
metchaind --reset-db --utxo-verify --httpapi :5000

*Warning --reset-db will delete your existing node information and sync from scratch. So only use once.
