[Suggestion] add chat reporting exploits

add ways to exploit the new 1.19.1 chat reporting feature, such as the exploits from https://github.com/fxmorin/FabricatedChatReports and https://github.com/nodusclient/gaslight

The only malicious methods are those that Microsoft are attempting to add to the game, and besides you don't own the client so you really don't have a say in the matter...

And you don't have a right to unfairly get people banned through fake reports, thus preventing them from playing a game they paid for.

And FYI, the devs have already said before they wouldn't implement any such exploit in their client.
