• Add option to color coverage track by orientation of reads vs feature being plot
• Limit float precision to 2 decimals for coverage track geometry to reduce output size since the extra precision is unneeded.
• Fix coverage track geometry when filled so that it doesn't look like it goes in the negatives when closing back the shape.
• Fix some buttons becoming "disabled" in Jupyter notebooks when generating multiple outputs with tabs in the same notebook.
