Existing release file had some errors in the scripts, wasn't updated with latest fixes it seems.

Added ripgrep to the default install.

Configured mamba with auto_stack 1, which means that the base environment is still on the path when you activate another one. This is useful for installing universal tools like ripgrep, samtools, etc.

Note - a very minor fix was applied to the tgz release, the source distribution contains that bug. Use the tgz!
