[FEATURE] HX separator plate failure should be modelled inside the component

Heaters tube rupture and separator plate faults take A LOT of place on the faulty model, making it hard to read.

Describe the solution you'd like
Having those failures inside the model would help a lot, and would decrease the time needed to build a faulty model

And there is no difficulties for modeling because it is only from the cold inlet to outlet, it is easier than for tube ruptures where the rupture can occur in the condensing or subcooling zone
