Workspaces currently record only their code commits. Add optional repository, publication branch, and pinned base settings to the conversation tree, updated by a validated
workspace.configuretransition. A base may reference another workspace; these edges describe a stack without introducing another object type. Reject missing parents, cycles, and explicitly different repositories, and prevent removing a referenced parent.Existing conversations keep their checkout defaults and the original byte-pinned v3 fixture remains valid. This is the foundation for workspace navigation, separate PR destinations, stack updates, repository attachments, and a checkout-independent launcher in the following PRs.
Validation: 111 protocol tests passed; all 42 suite entries passed with a fresh
