Problem

ActivityLog model tracks user actions but no aggregation, analytics, retention policy, or export.

Expected Outcome

Activity log aggregation with configurable retention and analytics endpoints.

Acceptance Criteria

• Activity aggregation by type, time, user segment
• Daily/weekly active users reporting
• User journey mapping
• Configurable retention (default 90 days)
