Initial community Persian language pack for DeepSeek Harness Web.

  • 240 translated strings across common, language selection, sidebar, settings, workspace and chat namespaces.
  • Persian document direction with isolated LTR code/editor/terminal containers.
  • Owned language/dictionary/listener/style disposal and English fallback.
  • Tested against DSH 0.1.6-alpha.2 with six automated tests and actual Web app language switching in installed headless Chrome 153.0.8010.52 on Windows.
  • Installable tarball was tested with the real dsh plugin --profile web add command.

This is partial application localization. Other namespaces still use English. No complete model conversation, all-viewports coverage, or compatibility with other DSH versions is claimed. See the README for installation, exact coverage and test instructions.
