BL616 core load stability 138k / 25k

new / fixed:

• OSD FPGA loader stability improvement Primer25k and Console138k / Mega138k Pro (Gowin REINIT)
• SDK 2.3.19

FPGA core load (*.bin) from USB pendrive ( + SDcard Console 60k/138k)
press shift F12 to invoke file selector

Core (.bin file or .fs file) need to be latest adjusted version supporting on the fly SPI / JTAG interface changeover !

• Nano20k OK, all cores updated (.bin and .fs adhoc stored ->latest release)
• Console60k OK, all cores updated
• Mega138k Pro, OK all cores updated
• Console138k OK, all cores updated except NanoMig
• Primer25k OK, all cores updated

Note

Console 60k/138k SDcard load is hardware supported on newer 32001C PCBA only .
Older 32001 PCBA have to use USB-C. ->link
