curl can't verify the API endpoint without cacert; hercules mkEffect ships it as a default input for the same reason.
Effects are not builds; no output path exists in the sandbox.
Covers the remaining effect sandbox features: HOME, virtual uid, the private nix-daemon proxy, and secretsMap GitToken selection.
An attrset cannot coerce into a derivation env var; instantiation failed.
First real exercise of the scheduled-effects loop; hourly at a deterministic pseudo-random minute, visible via the state API.
Unset hours default to one pseudo-random hour per day.
An unset hour now means hourly upstream-compatibly.
