Phase 3 Anomaly Detection - Complete ✨

Finally implemented the missing piece of Phase 3: URL monitoring anomaly detection with machine learning-based baseline learning.

Features:

  • 🤖 ML-based baseline learning - Automatically learns normal patterns for each monitored website (30-day window)
  • 📊 Multi-dimensional scoring - Analyzes 3 dimensions:
    • Frequency (40%) - Detects unusual update frequencies
    • Magnitude (40%) - Identifies unexpected content changes
    • Performance (20%) - Catches response time degradation
  • 🎚️ Severity classification - Scores 0-100 with 4 levels:
    • Normal (0-30) - No alert needed
    • Minor (31-60) - Include in digest
    • Moderate (61-85) - Immediate notification
    • Critical (86-100) - Urgent alert
  • 🔇 Smart noise filtering - Suppresses false positives from timestamps, counters, ads, tracking
  • 🛠️ New MCP tool: detect_anomalies(min_severity, days)

UTF-8 Logging Fix 🔧

Fixed the UnicodeEncodeError when logging messages with Unicode characters on Windows.

Before:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'charmap' codec can't encode character '\u2192'

After:

Fuzzy search: 'VIC2' → 'VIC2' (1 results, 130ms) ✓
