Added:

• Added Apple DSID authentication for Apple TV content owned or rented by the configured account. The DSID can be set with the --dsid command-line option, the ISUBRIP_DSID environment variable, or the scrapers.appletv.dsid config setting. (Issue #103)

Changes:

• Updated iTunes subtitle playlist filtering to match all known Apple subtitle GROUP-ID patterns across the ap, fa, and ak CDN pathways, treating equivalent renditions as ordered fallbacks instead of duplicate downloads.
• Migrated the HTTP client from httpx to httpx2.

Bug Fixes:

• Improved HLS playlist handling so missing DSID configuration is reported before paid-content manifest requests, Apple 404 responses produce actionable errors, and invalid success responses fall back to the next playlist URL.
• Fixed the command exit status so a run where every requested URL fails or no matching subtitles are found returns a non-zero exit code.
• Restricted distribution archives to release files, preventing unrelated repository and local development files from being included in source distributions.
