Anonymous subtitle downloads (without a DSID) are working again.

Changes:
- Restored subtitle downloads without a DSID for movies that Apple currently serves publicly. (Issue #103)
- A configured DSID is now optional and is only used as a fallback for movies owned or rented by that account.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue in version 2.7.0 that incorrectly required a DSID even when subtitles were publicly accessible.
- Improved the reliability of Apple movie requests and the error messages shown when playlists cannot be loaded.
Notes:
- Apple does not document downloads without a DSID, so this may stop working again in the future.
