Changes:

• Added ESC to quit the simulation.
• Added SPACE to start the simulation if paused on start.
• Added . to single step the simulation forward one frame.
• Removed hard-coded world border and collision border. Using a variable now.
• Updated Hotkeys and Benchmarking documentation.
• Continue to cleanup the code.
