napkin's infrastructure decides what's true about a vault — this release adds two shipped agent skills (skills/) that decide what to do about it:
- distill — turn a working session into vault notes: a keep/skip gate, dedup via
napkin searchbefore every write, merge over create, declarative voice. - tend — periodic vault upkeep: broken links, orphans, duplicate merges, tag sprawl — a few safe fixes per run, deletions to
.trashonly, template candidates proposed rather than imposed.
Also: AGENTS.md replaces CLAUDE.md (kept as a symlink).
