v0.4.1 – visible_conditions for labels and gauges

labels[] and gauges[] now support visible_conditions — an array of conditions, first match wins, result is true/false. Falls back to visible if not set.
Gauges had no visibility control before — now both visible and visible_conditions work.
No new GUI widget — configured via the existing YAML textarea (label text updated to reflect it).
