Fixed

Mobile navigation strip — on narrow cards the horizontal strip used to
overflow (only ~3 room thumbnails visible, rest behind a scroll). Below
mobile_breakpoint the strip now wraps: all room thumbnails shrink to fit
on the first row (aspect ratio preserved via CSS aspect-ratio), embedded
nav cards (e.g. an alert ticker) move to the second row and stretch, and
the follow button sits at the very end. Desktop keeps the single row.

Changed

The follow button now renders after nav.cards (far end of the strip) on
all screen sizes, for consistent ordering.
