Fixed

• Per-tier values now apply in test mode — test_mode disables per-element
  tier overrides (so dragging always edits the base), but it was also forcing
  per-tier scalars (aspect_ratio, border_radius, max_height) to the
  desktop value. So on an ultrawide screen the test-mode readout correctly said
  ultrawide while the card still rendered the desktop aspect ratio. These
  scalars now follow the actual detected tier even in test mode, and crossing a
  tier boundary while resizing in test mode re-renders to pick up the new value.
  Live (non-test) rendering was already correct.
