Fix: widescreen tile images were cropped by a hardcoded 4:3 stage

An image tile's stage (.roc-tile-img-stage) had a hardcoded aspect-ratio: 4/3; combined with
background-size: cover, a widescreen device photo (a TV, a monitor) got its left/right edges
cropped off to fill the narrower box — not stretched, but visibly missing content. New optional
tile.image_ratio overrides the stage's aspect ratio per tile (e.g. '16/9'); unset tiles keep
the existing 4/3 default, so nothing already shipped changes. See
