Install

Download MiddleClickAutoScroll-1.2.0.dmg below, open it, and drag Middle-Click AutoScroll into Applications. First launch needs a right-click → Open (it isn't notarized by Apple). Then launch it once, and enable the extension in Safari → Settings → Extensions.

Requires macOS 13+, Safari 16.4+.
