Important Notes

• PerfView and TraceEvent 4.0.0 require Windows 10+ to run and will fail to run on older versions of Windows. If you need to run on older versions of Windows, please use a 3.x or earlier version of PerfView or Traceevent.
• TraceEvent continues to run on all .NET supported versions of Linux.
