Bump the published Azure Managed Lustre 2.17.0 client install and upgrade
instructions (Ubuntu 24.04 and Azure Linux 3, both metapackage and DKMS)
from the initial 2.17.0_19_gbb5310f build to 2.17.0_24_gf517bc4.

This is the current canonical 2.17.0 client SHA, which ships the
hybrid-IO default-off change plus the LU-19951 kswapd deadlock fix on top
of the earlier build. RHEL 8/9 remain on 2.15.8 and are unaffected.

* Highlight third-party SIEM support on Azure Local security features page

Add a "Third-party SIEM integration" subsection to the security features
concept article. It clarifies that Azure Local can forward security events
to any syslog/CEF-capable SIEM, including third-party (non-Microsoft)
solutions such as IBM QRadar and Splunk. The subsection emphasizes
disconnected deployments, where cloud-based services like Microsoft
Sentinel aren't available and a customer-managed, on-premises SIEM is
required. Vendor links use aka.ms redirects so their targets can be
updated independently of the docs.

Also add an "About security features" entry to the Disconnected operations
TOC branch so this guidance is reachable from that deployment track.

The upgrade article selected the operating system with a tab group. When
the DKMS install method was added, a second kmod/DKMS tab group was nested
inside each OS tab. Learn doesn't support tabs nested within tabs, so the
outer OS selector stopped rendering on the published page.

Mirror the install article: select the OS with the shared select-os zone
pivot group and keep the kmod/DKMS tabs inside each zone (zone-pivot plus
tab is the supported pattern the install page already uses). This restores
the selector and keeps the OS choice consistent across both articles.
