[Problem/Bug]: RUSSIAN text on US site?!

What happened?

trying to download from US site and I am faced with RUSSIAN TEXT. Fixed version, download button.

System language is English. I am located inside the EU. No Russian language on the computer, no Russian language knowledge, never opened any Russian content.

Importance

Important. My app's user experience is significantly compromised.

When their US site is no longer available, due to traffic or being updated, it sometimes switches to either French, Chinese, or Russian domains of the equivalent US site.

The downloaded file stays the same though. So there is no problem continuing with the download.
