Instructions state to deploy a GPT-4o model in Foundry. This model is deprecated in the platform and is no longer able to be deployed. As a test i was able to successfully deploy a GPT 5.1 model, suggest updating the instructions with 5.1 or other supported model.
In addition to this, the instructions are derailed by the introduction of the new Foundry UI. In order for the instructions to correctly guide the user, the UI has to be switched back to the old version using the toggle button in the top bar of Foundry.
In the "Create a notebook and install required libraries" section, it mentions to select "serverless" as the default compute. This is not an option, as soon as Notebook is selected in the create menu, it is generated with no obvious method of changing the default compute settings. This may be due to the initial Databricks config within the Azure portal, as Serverless is not an option for the trial pricing tier.
