Rework vanilla tools in recipes #67

Blightfall Version: 3.2.0-beta5 (some alpha version I think?)

Describe the bug
Many recipes require vanilla tools, which doesn't make sense in some cases. It's also frustrating and can be confusing to players to have to go through blood magic (the current solution) in order to craft vanilla tools for non-magic purposes

Expected behavior
Vanilla tools shouldn't be used, especially for tech recipes, as it violates the mandate.

Additional context
Here's a list of recipes that I've found, which may or may not be all of them.
Sawmill: Iron axe
Slaughterhouse: Golden sword(s), golden axe(s)
Fruit Picker: Golden axe
Grinder: Golden sword

X Tier spike: X sword
Ring of the mantle: Golden pickaxe
World Interaction Upgrade: Iron pickaxe
Sigil of the Fast Miner: Iron pickaxe, shovel, axe
Harvest Goddess Sigil: Golden hoe(s)

  • This is unobtainable!!!

Bound tools: Diamond tools
Nether star: Diamond sword

Also, make the blood magic recipes only require a t2 or higher orb, at least for the non-diamond recipes.
Um. Also, hoes don't have a recipe (at least on this version). So maybe add those or remove them being used for anything.

Potential solutions

  1. Use the relevant tool head from tinkers to replace the recipe. This will make most things cheaper, but it makes sense, especially for the machine recipes. This could be a specific head (world interaction upgrade; iron pickaxe head), or a kind of head (sawmill; axe head).
  2. Use the equivalent alien metal tool. For example, carmot tools instead of golden ones, and deep iron tools instead of iron ones.
  3. Rework the recipes entirely to not need tools or something similar.
