Codex: handshaking with MCP server failed: connection closed: initialize response

I was trying to run this MCP with Codex but started to get this issue. I see other issues like this referenced in the Codex repo (openai/codex#6020). Not sure if its a MCP issue or Codex issue.

MCP client for `apple-doc-mcp` failed to start: MCP startup failed:
  handshaking with MCP server failed: connection closed: initialize response

Update the MCP config/command to use the correct package name apple-doc-mcp-server@latest (without the leading @)

also, i found this happens with certain apps, can you report again if its still happening and tell me what youre using?

This is now fixed, sorry for the delay. please use the latest command in the readme.
