Automation

After an event ends, open entries can automatically be marked absent.

For system cron, copy the displayed command into the server crontab, for example every 15 minutes. The plugin only displays verified PHP command-line interpreters.

Alternatively, configure the protected Webcron URL with an external service. Treat its token as secret. The settings page shows the latest successful run.

If the status shows a warning, check the cron or webcron schedule, the PHP command-line interpreter, and access permissions.
